At 11 a.m. this morning (7/17) there will be a press conference detailing a wide-spread fraud within the state school lunch program. Senator Mike Doherty called in to Jim's show this morning to detail what State Comptroller Matt Boxer, has found out, not only in the reduced lunch program as well as other programs around the state.
