PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Police on Monday charged two men with murder in a carjacking and subsequent crash that killed three children and critically injured their mother as they were selling fruit on a street corner for a church fundraiser.

Police seek driver in deadly California bank heist

FRESNO, California (AP) -- While police in the Northern California city of Stockton searched Saturday for an accomplice in a bank robbery that led to a police chase and deadly shootout, investigators said Saturday they suspect the same men carried out other area bank heists, including one at the same branch hit this week.

Texas shooting suspect had faced other charges

SPRING, Texas (AP) -- A man charged with killing six members of his ex-wife's family, including four children, was the subject of a restraining order obtained by his own mother less than a week before the attack and faced previous allegations of domestic violence, authorities said.
