The normal high temperature is 81 or 82, and that's where we were on Sunday.

It was a beautiful Father's Day Weekend.  Hopefully, everybody enjoyed it.

Temperatures are still comfortably cool for these early morning hours as I record this.  But, high temperatures this afternoon should be a bit warmer, making it into the middle 80s with lower humidity.  A sea breeze will still make it cooler at the beach and boardwalk. There should be enough sunshine to make everyone happy today.

There may be some showers, possibly thunder, moving through tonight, especially later. It will pretty much be moving out in the hours after midnight.

Tuesday offers partly to mostly sunny skies. It should be rain-free, as it should be Wednesday.

It is going to be getting hotter, though, in the upper 80s to near 90 for Tuesday.  It may make it to the low and middle 90s by Wednesday.

So, the heat's on in the days ahead.
