High temperatures Monday reached the lower 80s; 82 in Newark and Atlantic City, 84 in Mount Holly, Burlington County.

Today's temperatures are probably no better than the low 80s with variable clouds around and some breaks of sunshine, but still rather humid.  There's just the chance of a shower in far southern coastal counties.  By the way, it'll only be in the 70s at the beaches with water temperatures in the warm mid to upper 70s.

Still humid tonight with statewide lows from 65 to 75.

Humid the next couple of days, but unfortunately for tomorrow, there'll be the risk of few showers and a thunderstorm developing at some point.  Highs Wednesday in the low to middle 80s, but cooler tomorrow near the ocean.

Partly sunny and humid for Thursday with highs near 90, but cooler at the beach.  The ocean temperature, as I said, will be in the mid to upper 70s.

We look for continued hot temperatures of 90 or better for Friday and the weekend.  Although most of the time, it should be rain free.
