An accident involving three vehicles on Route 195 caused a major delay for Monday morning commuters.

New Jersey State Police spokesman Sgt. Jeff Flynn said the crash around 7:40 a.m. on the westbound side west of exit 11 for Imlaystown at milepost 10.3 sent three people to the hospital for non-life threatening.

One of the cars flipped over in the left lane according to New Jersey 101.5's Matthew White who drove past the accident scene. Both lanes of the highway were reopened around 9:10 a.m. New Jersey Fast Traffic's Bob Williams said delays stretched back seven miles to exit #16 in Jackson.

Flynn would not disclose the names of those involved with the incident and said no charges have been filed pending an investigation.
