Police have located a missing 71-year-old Lebanon woman who walked away from her home Friday night.

Nancy Hogan, who is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's Disease according to a release from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office, was last seen around 8 p.m. on Friday night at her Kubin Court home. Hunterdon County.

Utilizing the "Child is Missing" reverse 9-1-1 program in which a call about Hogan's disappearance was made to those who have signed up to receive such calls, Hogan was located near Hickory Run Road about a half-mile from her home according to a press release. Residents were asked to check their outside buildings and vehicles in case Hogan sought to keep warm. She was taken to Hunterdon Medical Center in stable condition.

About fiffy police and emergency service members searched all night according to the Prosecutor's Office on the ground, with K-9 units and planes. “Hunterdon County has a highly professional volunteer system of firefighters and rescue personnel that are always willing to drop everything on a cold night over a holiday weekend to help others," said Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III in a statement. "We are very thankful for their service and assistance in this successful operation.”

Lebanon and High Bridge along with the Prosecutor's Office were assisted by a number of groups including the New Jersey State  Police Aviation Unit, the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit, Washington Township  Police (Morris), Hunterdon County Park Rangers, the Hunterdon County Office of Emergency  Management, as well as Fire and Rescue Units from Lebanon Township and High Bridge.

Also assisting were volunteer members of the Hunterdon County Arson Task Force, the
Hunterdon County CERT Team, and West Jersey Search and Rescue.
