Philly nun drunkenly crashes into NJ auto shop, police say

Police in Washington Township (Gloucester County) say they arrested a Philadelphia nun who drunkenly backed her car into a Meineke Auto Shop early Saturday morning, FOX29 reports.

The nun's failed sobriety test was captured on mobile phone cameras by witnesses stunned to see a nun appear from behind the wheel, according to the report.

According to the report, the nun was driving an F150 when she was pulled over down the road from the auto shop.

"Randomly that someone hit your building and then to find out it was a nun who happened to be drunk at almost 3 in the morning on a Friday night it's not something you expect to walk into on a Saturday morning," Manager Peter DeGeorge told the station.
