Police say Edward W. Hatch, 37, and Nicole T. Hatch, 33, both of Philadelphia, stole the Easton Mako Torq BBCOR bats from the Dick's Sporting Goods on Nixon Drive, near the Moorestown Mall, by cutting the security locks on a display. They then placed the bats in a baby stroller and wheeled them out of the store, police said.

The couple also faces theft and criminal mischief charges from the Funplex on Route 38. The Courier-Post reports Edward is accused of breaking into a vending machine while Nicole used the stroller, holding a baby, to shield him from view of the surveillance cameras.

Anyone with information about the pair or either incident should call 856-234-8300.
