New Jersey Transit says its Raritan Valley line has resumed service after earlier delays due to a large warehouse fire near the tracks in Plainfield.

A transit spokeswoman says trains are moving through the area at a slower speed as a precaution.

Four trains have been delayed after trains had to be held Thursday afternoon due to smoky conditions in the area.

There were no reported injuries in the blaze, which reached three alarms.
