NJ Man Dies In Upstate NY Crash

A New Jersey man has died after crashing his car into a pillar in an upstate New York parking garage.

Police say the accident happened just after 7 p.m. Friday at the Latham Circle Mall in Latham, a hamlet north of Albany.

They say 23-year-old Matthew Reilly of Wyckoff crashed into a pillar in the mall's parking garage.

Reilly was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.

Reilly was the only person in the car when it crashed. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
