A 42-year-old Jersey City man was charged with several moving violations after he hit a parked police car while playing "Pokemon Go" on his phone Saturday, according to police.

In an accident report, Jersey City Police said the man was heading south on New York Avenue when his SUV struck the unoccupied police cruiser at 3:43 a.m., NJ Advance Media reported.

No injuries were reported and police issued the man tickets for a number of offenses including careless driving and using a cell phone while driving, the article states.
