The younger stabbing victim in Camden County on Wednesday night had recently dropped a restraining order against her accused attacker.

Gilbert Villanueva,26  is charged with stabbing Suzanne Durocher, 50, and her daughter Kristen Durocher, 22, multiple times inside Suzanne's home on Prospect Street on Wednesday night according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.

He was arraigned in Camden County Superior Court on Thursday afternoon and is bring held on $1.75 million bail

Prosecutors say Kristen and Villanueva met when they worked at a Taco Bell in Brook Lawn. Their relationship was a troubled one and when it ended she took out a restraining order against him according to the Courier Post.

Villaneuva entered the home and Suzanne told him to leave while holding a screw driver. He stabbed her with a small knife and left the home. He called his sister to pick him up at a Dunkin Donuts and confessed to the stabbing when she arrived.

Kristen also has a young daughter who was in the home during the stabbing but unharmed according to CBS Philadelphia. Villaneuva is not the child's father.

Suzanne died at a hospital from her injuries while Kristen is in stable condition at Cooper Hospital in stable condition. She was the Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Operations at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia according to 6 ABC. "We have lost a wonderful and inspirational colleague whose passion for life and positive energy was expressed every single day & and whose presence will be dearly missed," said the hospital in a statement.

Villanueva is charged with Felony Murder, Attempted Murder, Purposeful and Knowing Murder and 2nd Degree Burglary. According to the Prosecutor's Office he was admitted into Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden late Monday night for injuries from a knife to his hands. The hospital staff notified police who connected him to the Durocher stabbings.

Jason Laughlin, a spokesman for the Camden County prosecutor’s office told CBS Philly there was an "ongoing history" between Villanueva and Kristen. "“There were apparently some incidents in the past between them," explained Laughlin.

Kristen ran to a neighbor's home for help following the stabbing, her arms obviously injured by a stabbing according to the station according to NBC 10.
