Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say David Charles Wilkie is the second New Jersey man arrested in the case, in which 18 defendants in more than a dozen states have been indicted.

The 53-year-old Jersey City resident was charged Tuesday, the same day 28-year-old Brandon Thurman of Oxnard, Ca, was arrested. Both men face 10 child pornography related charges, and it's not clear if either man has a lawyer.

California prosecutors are handling the case, which originated in 2008. Authorities began investigating the ring after they seized the computer of 61-year-old George Harcourt Bull, who is now serving a 14-year prison sentence.
