NJ.com reports neighbors saw Hersson Quijada, 48, wave around a chainsaw in front of his home on Adams Street in Guttenburg as he argued with his daughter's boyfriend on Saturday. They told two police officers working nearby, who successfully ordered Quijada to put the chain saw down, according to the report.

Quijada was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of cocaine after police found a bag of cocaine in his pocket.

Police did not identify the boyfriend.

Quijada is being held at the Hudson County jail.
