Jersey City Man Tried to Lure Teen Online, Sent Naked Photos

Child endangerment and luring charges have been filed against a New Jersey man who allegedly initiated an inappropriate online relationship with a teenage girl earlier this year.

Union County Prosecutor Theodore Romankow says 33-year-old Paul Kleinman of Jersey City was being held Tuesday on $100,000 bail. It's not known if Kleinman has retained a lawyer.

Romankow says Kleinman first contacted the 15-year-old girl through a social media site on Sept. 29, claiming he was 26. He later contacted her through her Facebook page and obtained her phone number, then started asking her to send naked photos of herself and to meet him for sex.

The girl's parent discovered the messages and contacted their local police department. Romankow says Kleinman eventually sent nude photographs of himself to the girl's online account.
