Are a Butler home's ISIS-themed outdoor Halloween decorations freedom of expression or an expression of hate?

A man identified only as "Matt" told NJ.com that "We in this house do not like ISIS. What greater scary man is there than the real threat among us?"

The decorations include a mannequin dressed as President Barack Obama with a machete and another as a killed soldier hanging from a tree.

The decorations went up on Sept. 11 in the Morris County front yard, which "Matt" admits was a political move.

Neighbor AlexJo Natale  told NJ.com she knows Matt "really likes Halloween"  but considers his choice of decorations "tasteless and un-American."
