Here’s ‘young’ Han Solo, plus U2 & David Cassidy news — The NJ Breakroom

It's happening! That Han Solo spinoff is underway, as fans feast their eyes on the first cast photo. Alden Ehrenreich plays young Solo and Donald Glover is young Lando Clarissian. Plus, there's Chewbacca. Woody Harrelson and Emilia Clarke are also in the movie, which will hit theaters in May 2018.

Meanwhile, fans of Beauty and the Beast have a better glimpse of Emma Watson as Belle. Disney has shared a clip of another song reworked from the animated classic.  The live action movie hits theaters on March 17th.

U2 is planning to release a new mix of "Red Hill Mining Town" as part of 30th anniversary festivities for The Joshua Tree. The tour comes to Jersey this summer, with two nights at MetLife Stadium in June. Also, keep an eye out for U2 in Manhattan. They'll be working next month at Electric Lady Studios on their next album.

David Cassidy is opening up about his battle with dementia. The 66-year-old pop icon has interviews with 'Dr. Phil' and 'People Magazine' set to go public in March. Cassidy sparked concern recently after forgetting the lyrics to songs during a show in California.
