EDGEWATER — With all that money you'll save, you can buy as much disinfectant as you want.

Geraldo Rivera is now selling his Edgewater home with gorgeous views of the Hudson River for a mere $2.3 million — the latest of several price drops.  Earlier this year, the home, with its unique nautical theme, was up for $2.88 million

In a video shot in 2010, his wife, Erica, said Geraldo originally designed the home to be a bachelor pad. But since the two bought a $5.6 million condo in Manhattan in 2015, it's time to let the old pad go, they said.

Geraldo first listed the property — from which he famously (infamously?) tweeted a nearly naked selfie a few years back (sorry, folks, the 71-year-old deleted the tweet sometime later) — last year for $3.75 million. Who doesn't have that just laying around?

You're paying for the location and the unique flourishes in this three-bed, five-bath home full of natural light. According to a listing by the Chen Agency, this "Celebrity Enclave on the Hudson" — being sold along with 27 Annette Avenue — includes a main house with three levels that step down to the river, "anchored by a boat lover's dock-level sanctuary." A guest house offers, in addition to significant living space, its own 2-car garage and private parking.

"You will be amazed when you enter this nautical-inspired main home designed to enhance living on the water while enjoying the luxury appointments we all cherish. Situated directly on the historic river, the natural flow of the space compels the desire to entertain and share this hidden gem with guests. Boasting multiple levels surrounded by decks and patios, enjoy the ever-changing views that stretch from the Palisades upriver to downtown Manhattan which unfold before your eyes. Meticulously landscaped with lighting and a gorgeous, well-stocked Koi Pond, hot tub and pool, this compound is a treasure to be enjoyed!"

Don't forget about the heated pool or the private hot tub. And the private dock comes complete with a powerful boat life that can be operate remotely, as well as river mooring for deep draft vessels like large sailboats.
