ELIZABETH — The two former Cranford daycare workers who've admitted organizing a "fight club" for children as young as 4 won't serve any jail time, under a sentence handed down Friday.

Erica Kenny, 23, and Chanese White, 29, were sentenced to three years of probation apiece, Union County Prosecutor Grace Park announced. Both were barred from teaching or working with children ever again under terms set down by state Superior Court Judge Frederic R. McDaniel, the prosecutor's office said.

They're also not allowed to have any contact with their victims, and will pay a so-far undetermined amount of restitution.

The duo allegedly egged on and recorded fights among the children, and shared them on social media.

"The allegations talk about conduct where a parent of a day care center would be truly troubled because they entrust these day care workers to take care of their children, and these workers breached that trust,”  Park said last year.

In video clips obtained by authorities, approximately a dozen boys and girls can be seen shoving each other to the ground and attempting to hit each other while one of the accused workers references the activity as “Fight Club,” authorities say.

The prosecutor’s office has said none of the children involved in the altercations are believed to have suffered any serious injuries.

The pair also allegedly described the “fight club" to authorities, quoting the book and movie of the same name.
