The July 8 crash killed Millville Patrol Officer Christopher Reeves.

Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said Friday that Timothy Seidel has been charged with driving while intoxicated.

Police say Seidel was fleeing police when he crashed into Reeves' cruiser. An officer riding with Reeves was injured.
