The festival is scheduled to run from October 11-14, primarily at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, where it was held in 2010. Before that, it was held at Waterloo Village in Stanhope.

Besides Levine, the festival will feature four-time National Grand Slam champion Patricia Smith, Pulitzer Prize winner Natasha Trethewey, poet-musician Kurtis Lamkin and dozens of others.

The Dodge festival is the largest poetry event in North America and has been held in even-numbered years since 1986.
