Top Democrats in the New Jersey state Legislature say they do not intend to consider Gov. Christie's latest tax cut plan.

Assembly Speaker Sheila Oliver and Senate President Stephen Sweeney both said Monday that they do not intend to vote on the governor's plans to reduce property taxes over four years.

They say they have already compromised with him by adopting a state budget that includes some property tax relief if the state brings in enough revenue to afford it.
