Thursday's high temperatures recovered to the upper 20s in a few spots.

Wrightstown, for example, reached 30 degrees.

We are going to get to normal, which is 39-42. Today will be 38 to 42 with clouds and some sunshine.  So, we will get a little bit of melting under way.

Some clouds around tonight, but not as cold, with some 20s. There are few possible teens in NW Jersey, but closer to 30 and above in urban and coastal areas.

Passing clouds and sunshine for Saturday.  Tomorrow's highs will be in the mid to upper 40s.

There's just the chance of a brief, light shower Sunday.  I have no concerns about the Super Bowl whatsoever. In fact, highs under a partly cloudy sky could reach 47 to 51.

That is probably by 2 or 3 p.m.  By the time they kick the game off, it will be, at least, in the low 40s, if not just under.  It's going to be much, much better for playing football with temperatures like that compared to the recent bitter cold conditions.

Have a good weekend.
