Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff is expected to review fiscal year 2015 revenues on Tuesday before the state Senate budget committee.

Christie earlier this month identified $200 million in unexpected revenue that his spokesman says will go toward public pensions.

The pensions are at the center of a political and legal fight between Christie and the Democrat-led Legislature and public-sector unions.

Revenues were below expectations last year at this time resulting in Christie reducing the state's pension payment. That triggered a lawsuit pending before the state Supreme Court. A lower court ruled Christie and lawmakers must pay nearly $1.6 billion toward pensions.

The current fiscal year ends June 30.
