Christie pumps up crowds in OH, WI

As he continued his whirlwind campaigning tour on Monday, Gov. Chris Christie told voters that he wants Republicans to make a big statement in November.

The governor said he is hoping to see the GOP claim victories by a wide margin to send a strong message across America about the way we want our leaders to govern.

Christie has been raising and spending record amounts of money as head of the Republican Governor's Association.

In fact, he will visit six more states over the next eight days, ramping up the pre-election push.

The close contests around the country are seen as a test of Christie's appeal as he considers a run for president.
