Other national political and business leaders attended the event sponsored by the think tank the American Enterprise Institute. Details of the event were revealed this week by the Center for Public Integrity. It obtained a copy of the event program and other materials.

Attendees reportedly included potential 2016 presidential hopefuls such as Gov. Scott Walker and congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

Among others listed on the program were former Vice President Dick Cheney and former CIA Director David Petraeus.

A report on the gathering first appeared in The Huffington Post.
