Sunday, June 22 marked a great second week of the Big Joe Jersey Talent Show at Jenkinson's Beach Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach. The weather was beautiful and the talent impressive. In the end, the crowd decided three contestants would advance to the semi-finals in what proved to be a very close competition.
For about five years in a row I would head up to Martha’s Vineyard after my show on Labor Day and rent a house with a group of my wonderful friends. We’d have a great time and one of my favorite treats up at the Vineyard was the lobster rolls.
