High temperatures, as expected, yesterday were no better than the lower 70s.  Actually, Newark Liberty Airport had over an inch and a quarter of rain, while Atlantic City had a lot less, as of midnight last night-just 3/10 of an inch. They probably had a little more than that when all was said and done.

There could be some spotty light rain in spots this morning.  I am not so convinced that there is going to much of anything else during the afternoon or evening along the coast.  Some forecasters are saying that.  Let's just say spotty light rain in spots this morning, variable clouds, some brightening skies this afternoon with highs back in the 70s, but cooler near the ocean.

Turning cooler tonight with some lows in the 50s, but lower-mid 60s in urban and coastal areas.

Partly sunny for Thursday with tomorrow's highs back in the 70s, but cooler at the beaches with a brisk northeast wind.

Mostly sunny Friday with a few highs near 80, but cooler again near the ocean.

The upcoming weekend looks just fine with lots of sunshine and temperatures in the 70s to near 80 away from the ocean.
