HOWELL — A 28-year-old man is facing charges after trying to arrange a meeting with a 15-year-old girl he had met online according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Brick resident Craig Sorokach was arrested after the prosecutor said he had arranged a meeting with the girl in the town for "sexual activity." Gramiccioni said the investigation included the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Sorokach has been charged with attempted sexual assault, luring, enticing a child by various means, attempted endangering the welfare of a child, and attempted obscenity to a minor.
