Bill Spadea: Philly should’ve sold tickets to see the Pope

As an advocate of the free market, I'm not opposed to people making a buck off tickets to see the Pope. But a quick look at Craigslist reveals Philadelphia showed no consideration for the faithful when they gave those passes away for free.
