‘At-risk’ teenager missing from Central Jersey: Have you seen him?

Perth Amboy police are asking for the public's help finding a missing, at-risk teenager.

Alfredo Rivera, who also goes by Al Swift and Alfredo Soto, is a 17-year-old Hispanic male. He is about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. Authorities say he was last seen wearing black sweat pants with black and red shorts underneath, and a black striped shirt.

He was last seen by his mother on Friday at their residence, police said.

Rivera frequents Harbortown and the Hall Avenue area in Perth Amboy and South River, police said.
