5 men indicted in Atlantic City casino robbery
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities say a former Atlantic City casino security guard who used inside knowledge to make off with more than $180,000 and four others have been indicted on charges.
Acting New Jersey Attorney General John Hoffman said Thursday former Caesars security guard Izyiah Plummer, Aaron Evans, Nathaniel Greenlee and Donavon Jackson were indicted on first-degree robbery charges. Dwayne Morgan was indicted on a receiving stolen property charge.
Authorities say the robbery happened July 21, 2014, when Plummer and Evans arrived at Caesars in a car driven by Greenlee with Jackson in the passenger seat.
Officials say Plummer and Evans took two cash boxes with about $181,200.
Messages left with Plummer's, Greenlee's and Jackson's attorneys have not been returned. Evans' attorney declined to comment. It's unclear who is representing Morgan.
