3 Victims Assaulted by 4 Masked Men in Egg Harbor Township

Three victims were accosted by four masked attackers on Saturday who brandished guns, then beat them with metal pipes then robbed them before fleeing the area.

The early-morning assault took place at a Steelmanville Road residence in Egg Harbor Aug. 25 around 3 a.m.

The three victims, all 22-years old and all of Egg Harbor Township told police they were hanging out in the garage when they encountered the four masked suspects, two of whom brandished firearms.

The victims were hit with metal pipes or similar objects, according to Egg Harbor Township police. The suspects fled the scene on foot.

Two of the victims were transported via ambulance and treated for injuries at Shore Medical Center, the third victim declined treatment.

Afterwards, police conducted a K-9 search that led them to a Jeffers Landing Road residence where police apprehended the suspects who were all charged with robbery, burglary, conspiracy and weapons charges.
