A man apparently fell into a woman around 5:10 a.m. Sunday and was confronted by her brother. The man then started shooting and hit the woman in the ankle and another man in the hand before he himself was somehow shot in the leg.

The three New Jersey residents were being treated for wounds that are not considered life-threatening. One of them, 34-year-old Tari Turpin of East Orange, faces numerous charges, including two counts of aggravated assault and weapons offenses.
