It was not immediately clear what caused the crash at the LouCas Restaurant in Edison Township. Authorities say the vehicle went through the restaurant’s front window around 12:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Police say a male restaurant patron suffered a head injury, while a woman had hip and back injuries. But their injuries are not considered life-threatening.

The driver, identified only as a man in his 80s, and his passenger were not hurt.
