DJ Cohen has stage four pancreatic cancer. He's been through more than 40 rounds of chemotherapy since his diagnosis in February, 2015.

So why is he smiling from ear to ear and wearing a Coke costume?

Well, that's how he lives his life. When he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, he said, he had a choice. He could give up and sit on the couch and watch Netflix, or he could face this challenge with optimism and grace.

Safe to say he chose the latter of the two options.

DJ Cohen, a devoted husband of Alexis, and father of three daughters Linda, Lori and Caroline, made it his mission to speak and help anyone who is facing any kind of difficult hardship. He dresses up in different costumes every day, including when he goes for chemotherapy, to help put a smile on not only his face, but also those of the people surrounding him.

DJ is truly an inspiration not only to us, but to hundreds and thousands of people who have been lucky to have been in his presence. Besides a role as a motivational speaker, DJ turns to poetry to get his positive messages across. One of his poems was turned into an uplifting song titled "Many Thanks," which you can hear below.

Living life to the fullest may sound like a cliche in today's world, but DJ Cohen is a man, husband and father who is doing exactly that. For more about DJ's inspiration story, visit his website at TeamDeej.com.
