Uh, there is one batch of steady rain that's pushing through northwestern New Jersey right now. Sussex and Warren counties. Couple other little showers that are still working through the state over the next hour to hour and a half and then the rest of the day we dry out. I'm I'm kind of liking these overnight rain events. You know, we we help our drought concerns but we don't affect all the outdoor activities. Uh the sun is going to be out, you know, within the next couple hours here and the rest of today looks fine. Yesterday was beautiful. Spectacular. I mean it was it was 72 degrees almost from the time I left here to dinner time and we we took a walk last night after dinner started to cool down a little bit but you know mid60s but you know again it is October you expect cool mornings and cool evenings and if you can hit 70° that's just kind of a bonus I don't think we're going to see 70 again for a while here temperatures are going to trend below normal for the foreseeable future and normal highs right now are like 64 65°. We may not see that again for at least a week. So, chilly nights. Uh chilly nights, cool days. Um you know, it's it's going to be a stiff breeze today. This is this is going to be definitively fall weather here. It's Wednesday, so I think of W and then weekend and I go right there. So, how are we doing Saturday and Sunday? You know, it's funny because earlier this week we we had, you know, teased ahead to some clouds and potential rain for this weekend, but that storm system has shifted a bit. I I think it's a miss for New Jersey now really. And I think we just settle into a quiet, dry, and cool weather pattern through the upcoming weekend. And the word that I'm using for it is Novemberish. You know, I I think later this week with high temperatures in the upper 50s, that is an early November kind of feel to the air. Not a bad thing. It's just, you know, it's it's a little behind normal for this time of year. Um, I think it's potentially an all day jacket kind of situation once we get into the weekend. Uh, so if you have outdoor activities for the last weekend of October, it's a great time of year to get outside. Uh, fall foliage is at or just past peak at this point. You know, wear a jacket and you'll do fine. We'll have plenty of sunshine, nice nice little breeze. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. I'll take it. Thank you, Dan. Yep. I mean they're more valuable now because they are trying to find them and or give a quarter and you get two back. Right. I don't know yet. Yeah. Um, but I was looking at Luca's fall menu and um, there's some really neat stuff there. Um, I peaked in the kitchen when I was doing the bartending event there and um, they have a an amazing professional kitchen at Lucas. So, I I'm I'm really They got me a chef coat on it. I love it. I love it. So, yeah, that's a week from a week from tomorrow, Thursday the 30th. I'll be there from 5 until uh 7:38ish. Now, this is all dependent on what happens on the 29th. As you may have heard, that is also true. There is an object that was spotted by the asteroid terrestrial impact last alert system. Did you know we had such a thing? Apparently, but I'm glad we do now. I'm glad we do, too. So the Atlas survey telescope in Rio Herertado, Chile has been tracking this object called three eye atlas uh for the last nine days and they say the impact it's moving at 60 kilometers a second. So pretty fast. Uh but some of the Harvard professors, a Harvard professor actually came out and said two things. One, take a vacation before the 29th if you can fit it in. Okay? and two, he thinks it's an alien Trojan horse. Now, am I the only one that thinks perhaps kids are paying too much to go to Harvard? Um, yeah. So, anyway, what do you say? I don't So, this could be it. Yeah, I hope not. I You know, we're coming up and this is what the ninth celebration of Joe Carrillo's Day. Yeah, we got to make it to the 10year anniversary next year. Eric, for all we know, the aliens are coming on Joe Carrill's day eve to celebrate with us. That is entirely possible. You know what? Because think about it. You know, the this show is broadcast out into the universe. Yes. And they could have picked up they may have picked up the signal. Yep. That's what I'm thinking. And said, "Hey, this is a celebration that we want to be a part of." Yeah. I wonder what the 23 cents is the equivalent in alien currency. Uh, latest poll in the governor's race. Another five points. Cheryl 50, Jack 45. Yep. This is the third poll in a row um that has her at or above 50%. Um but there there is a closing of the gap. This poll is within the margin of error. Yeah. Um but we should talk later this morning. There are both good things and bad things in this poll for both candidates. Neither have a clear path to victory at this point. One of them has a more difficult time. All right, we'll talk about that after the 6:30 news. On the other side, your calls. Hey, I want to let you know a couple things. One, if you are um if you're able, uh tune in after the 7:30 news. I will be um uh I'm going to be bringing in some medical docs to talk about the changes in the New Jersey health codes that are coming. And of course, you know what these guys are up to is they're doing this before the election so that the blame can be on the guy that's already left office. And chances are no one's even going to really talk about it. But it's serious stuff. They are the New Jersey Department of Health is uh changing the rules when it comes to vaccines and exemptions and uh databasing of your medical information. And the real target is the religious exemption. And you know, I remember I'm old enough to remember uh this battle in 2019 heading into 2020 where many Republicans stood with Democrats. That's why you can't trust these guys in in either party. um supporting the legislative move to ban the religious exemption for vaccines. Now, that ended up failing uh by one vote. Now, sadly, the one vote was uh Tony Buco, who's now the head of the Senate Republican Caucus, and here's a guy that did vaccine only events when he was raising money. Unless you gave enough money, then you didn't have to show your card. I mean, a real real hypocrite. And you know, who knows where his head is at now because he he runs so scared and has taken so many crumbs off the Democrats table. Uh he's such a useless, feckless uh so-called leader that you can't trust it. So, this is going to come down to you as a parent and a resident. And what I'm going to do is first have the docs explain some of this stuff because I don't know that you realize this. You're going to be automatically enrolled in the state's vaccine database. It's the NJ immunization information system and kids, adults, everybody gets in. So, talk about a setup for abuse and invasion of privacy and worse, a loss of your rights. Your kids could be denied enrollment because the health commissioner arbitrarily decides to declare an emergency. And if you don't think that those emergencies are arbitrary, uh, we're all old enough to remember going through CO. So, what's it going to take this time? A bad flu season? your co-worker sneezes all of a sudden, uh, you've got to take some shot that you don't want or lose your job. And what's sad about this is that I don't hear a lot of Republicans in the legislature yelling about this. So that means they're afraid of the issue like they were during CO and the Democrats are just going to continue to run rough shot over your rights. This is very bad and they're not telling you. I mean, if the Harvard professors are right, it's not as bad as the asteroid headed our way, but it's bad and I want you to be fully informed. So, I've I I've got some docs that I've talked to. I've been having this conversation over the past couple of weeks and I thought today be a good day to talk about it. Um because it it does matter that you have your voice heard. and we'll have a a link that you can go to to have your voice heard and people that you can specifically talk to. And I believe very strongly like we did in 2020 in January when we shot this down the first time. It was only because we have thousands of people rising up and having their voice heard. That's what drives the conversation in New Jersey. You can't trust the politicians to do the right thing. You got to force them by being loud. So, that'll be after the 7:30 news. After the news at 6:30 with Eric Scott, uh he and I will break down and I want to get his thoughts on this latest poll, which again certainly shows a trend of a close race within 5 to 8 points. Um, but one candidate certainly has a much harder path to victory. And by the way, as I've been doing for the past week, after the 7:15 traffic and weather, I'll have yet another helpful tactic for the Republican nominee to follow if he hopes to close this gap. 628. So it we we found common ground where uh Jody um got this piece. Uh it's called a uh labradorite. I I don't know. It's it's a it's a it's a gem. Okay. And but it was it was uh a a pendant that was on in a rose gold chain. Oh wow. So we're I was talking to Janelle and she's like, "Oh, you know Eric Scott loves rose gold." He comes and asks for it. So apparently you do. So we've got all your shopping secrets down. But I I mean Eric, it was packed yesterday and I I saw uh John and Jeff and I mean it was packed. It was it was it was really I mean this the sale that they've got going on now is ridiculous. I love it. Spectacular. Did you buy the watch? I did not buy the watch. Instead, Jody got two pieces. I I you know. All right, that's fair. I I thought, you know what? Let's let's cuz there she was torn between these two and we we got both of them and it was such a good deal. Yeah. I mean, you got to get down there. Seriously. Like, forget the ads and the commercials and everything. Let me just tell you as a as a friend, guys. Yeah. Get down to Earth Treasures. The estate sale is incredible and they're knocking like 25% off. They had one case that was 50% off. So, you're talking about being able to get something that's worth in the thousands for the hundreds. For the hundreds. Yeah, it it is. And they I know they add stuff every day. Yeah. Because they're taking stuff in, right? Because they, you know, they buy all the estate jewelry and then they put it back and then they put it out for for folks. And it's just it's I I'm fascinated by jewelry. Sandra is not really into a lot of jewelry. Yeah. They're meaningful pieces. Right. Right. So, it's And that's why I like doing the estate sale because I can find something that is unique that's not, you know, you're not buying at a kiosk in the mall, you know? You're buying a piece of like real jewelry, right? Well, like the new stuff is some of it's beautiful and and and it's priced right there. But yes, we spent an hour and a half at the store and most of the time only at the estate sale cases because the stuff was really cool. Did you see the uh I didn't see the Rolex uh from 1915. I think someone bought it. He said somebody was looking at it when he Yeah, I I it wasn't there and you know that I I was just looking. Honestly, I I was not going to spend the money on a on a watch, but but it was still the pieces she got were just really really cool. Awesome. That's so cool. So, get down to uh Earth Treasures Jewelers. The estate sales running through this Saturday, the 25th, and and I'm telling you, I mean, ask for John, Jeff, Janelle, Joy. I mean, just a just a great great group of people. And yes, Chuck, I know that Joy is not awake right now, but I I thought uh at least I'd say hi to you. All right, so real quick, um Eric, you're looking at these polls. We've got a race for governor. What are we 13 days out? Not even 12. Yeah, 13 days until the election. Um, voting is happening now because people are turning in their mailin ballots. I believe somewhere we're closing in on what a half a million ballots have been turned in so far. Y So, a lot of people have voted. It could be as high as 20% of the total of people that will vote. Um, you know, expecting a couple million million plus people to vote. Early voting starts Saturday in person. In person. Yep. And you've got another poll. This is a poll that has it a five-point race. Two questions. One, who's got the harder path to victory? Two, what does this poll tell you? Polls don't predict results. They show trends. And the trend right now is that you have Mikey Cheryl, the Democrat, at or above 50% now in three consecutive polls. The gap is narrowing between Cheryl and her Republican opponent who looking at these numbers has a path to victory, but it's a more difficult one. And I say that because of a couple of reasons. Independents and women are likely going to hold the key in this election. And there is a sharp gender divide as women favor the Democrat Cheryl by 18 points. Women generally all across age groups across all age groups across all demographics. What are the numbers? What's the What is What is she at? Uh 39 I'm sorry 4935. Wow. Um white voters favor the Republican 53 to 46. Still close. But Cheryl has a 30point lead among non-white voters. Um, you now have half of Is that typical though? I mean, given Republican history, uh, since Tom Kaine, Tom Kaine, since Tom did great among uh, black and Hispanic voters. Um, but that's 30 points. That's a big number. That's a big number. I mean, I typically in the 20s. And is it weighted toward like is it weighted meaning what percentage will those black and Hispanic voters non-white whatever you're talking about you know I don't know who does that encompass that encompass um Indian-Americans uh high high concentration in places like like u uh Edison does it encompass Asian-Americans uh China etc like in West Windsor basically non-caucasian so that's I mean there in this poll put everything together. It's a It's not like 10% of the population. This is a big group. Yeah. Um I mean it when you look at favorabilities, um Cheryl has a 42% favorability rating among likely voters. The Republican nominee is at 41%. Um his unfavorables a little bit worse at 47% versus 45% for uh Cheryl. So they're both upside down. So they're both upside down in that um classic. It's because she has the edge right now with both independence and women. She would in theory have an easier path to victory. When you look at independents or unaffiliated voters, um, they're split, but 49% are leaning towards Cheryl, only 40% leaning towards the Republican nominee. That's a problem because you still have a huge voter advantage for the Democrats. You need independent or unaffiliated voters to come out in large numbers for the Republican candidate. And there's another interesting question that is asked in this poll. When you ask voters, regardless of who they're voting for, who they think will win, what do they say? Cheryl has the edge by a lot. Not by much, by about three percentage points. Yeah. But he she has the edge. Even those that are going to vote for the Republican nominee, I am large portions of them still think the Democrat will win. They're going to vote for him, but Cheryl's going to win. Uh interesting for what what it's worth anecdotally on the app chat um I would say two things jump out. One that people by and large believe that Jack Cherelli is going to raise your sales tax to 10%. That is and and I see I see it one of those notes almost daily uh from you know and often from retirees retirees concerned about the 70 year old age to freeze your real estate taxes concerned about this prospect of a 10% sales tax and then the other thing I'm seeing a lot of and this is concern among Republicans that why has Jack not called for a state of emergency uh similar to Cheryl to address the uh energy cost crisis. So those are the two things. So for whoever wins this, you got to give it to Cheryl's messaging that she got those two points out there and here we are 13 days from the election. People are still talking about her state of emergency to stop the rise of energy costs and Jack's proposed 10% sales tax. Now he denies that, but then they I don't know what's the truth, right? They have a tape of him saying it. So, I I don't know. I don't I don't know. I I mean, it's He hasn't really gone after that, though. It's almost like they're ignoring it. I think the the one of the biggest gaffs that the Republican nominee made or his campaign team made is they took for granted. Yeah. That they were going to win on the energy and affordability issue. And they didn't attack with it. Yep. And you know that's that could be a critical or fatal error in this campaign. That's a longer term error bigger than Saturday night where he got introduced by his Muslim inner circle leader who wanted the crowd to know he doesn't take any money from Jews. Right. Wow. And I saw his explanation on X. That's a whole other conversation. And yeah, that's we could do a whole show on that. Uh if you're explaining, you're losing. So, uh, there are Harvard professors saying that there's this object hurtling toward Earth. Uh, it's called the three eye atlas. And it's an object that was spotted by something called the asteroid terrestrial impact last alert system. How about that? That's great. It starts with an Earth. The telescope is located in Rio Herado, Chile. And they believe this interstellar space rock has started traveling way beyond our solar system and now has entered ours. It was first spotted in July. They've been tracking it. Uh Harvard astronomer Avi Lobe has been in charge of the tracking and uh some are saying they think it's an alien craft. Can you imagine that there are legitimate professors at Harvard that think that there's a big alien ship coming our way? Like do you believe in all this nonsense? Green men. We we were talking the other day. How do people believe just because they are told how vast the universe is? It's the end of the world. That there are little green men with big bug eyes out there uh who happen to be more intelligent than we are. You know what I call that? Total BS. I don't believe it at all. I I I don't know if I'm a hold out here or the last one. I think all of this alien stuff is complete nonsense and it's just a replacement for it's it's the same age-old human condition where you know people have moved from uh believing in idols now believing in aliens and I I you know as a person of faith for sure for me I look at this and say no I I I kind of trust God's plan I think it's not arrogant or shortsighted to consider us as uh uh you know children of God who are here on earth for a purpose and no there are no little green men out there and certainly not coming. What should concern you is this thing is a big rock and it's hurtling at 60 km a second and it would not be good if it connects with us. But I think the idea that it's some Trojan horse for aliens is just ridiculous. I if your kid's going to a major university and they're talking about alien Trojan horse spaceships, I I I don't think you're getting your money's worth. I don't think they're aliens, but I don't doubt the existence of aliens for one reason. Why? Aren't we living proof that life can thrive like anywhere in the universe? Like, I I just think it's silly to think that like we could be the only ones in a vastly infinite universe. But well that and that's the argument doubt it but I want to believe. Yeah I and Steve you hit the nail on the head. I think most people want to believe it because it's like you kind of every especially when things turn south here you're like oh there's got to be something else out there. Somebody please come and help us. And I just I I don't know. I I don't buy it. I really don't. And I have no issue believing as vast as the universe uh is reportedly is reported to be uh to me it it doesn't become a math issue where it's like well just by the calculation there must be other planets like ours. No, I I don't think so. But I but I get why people say it and I think it is a uh uh I think it's a comfort zone for a lot of people. But look, we're going to find out on October 29th. Thanks, Steve. Let's go to Don in Blackwood. What's going on, Don? Hey, how you guys doing today? Good. I actually know a gentleman who worked with Avi Lobo in Harvard. Before that, he worked in Cheyenne Mountain for NORAD and was controlling satellites. And I asked him at his brother's wedding. I said, "Mike, tell me about aliens." And he looked at me. He goes, "I could tell you, but I'd have to fill you." And he meant it. He goes, "No, I am serious." But he goes, "What I will tell you, every night in Colorado, I send United States fighter jets throughout the world chasing objects. Are they little green men? Are they Russians? Are they Chinese? Who knows? But I send them out." And he told me if Avi says it's true. This man will not jeopardize his career for any uh any uh publicity or anything. Well, it's literally article after article he he said he called it a Trojan horse for aliens and he said it's it I mean I I just think that's fascinating that you got a guy that has this kind of reputation. Um now to be fair he just raised the possibility that it's it's likely not a simple comet. He actually estimated and I don't know how he came up with this calculation but Avi Lobe the Harvard professor said and I I'll I'm quoting an article that I read in uh uh this Harvard review not the actual Harvard review but an article about it. Lo estimates there's a 30 to 40% chance the object isn't naturally occurring. So I don't know. Yep. There's one that came in a couple couple week years ago that that did the same thing and he said it's not it's I don't not saying there's aliens inside of it. I'm saying it's alien technology. Yeah. That could be well the uh Go ahead. I was going to say he said it should pass in early December. It'll be within 167 miles of Earth. It's pretty wild. Yes. It's pretty. So I don't know where the October 29th comes in. Maybe that's where we'll know. That might be it. That's when it go That's when it goes behind the sun and we won't see it again for x amount of days, weeks, and then it'll come back out in December. I think I don't know. It's It's Don. It's I I will tell you this. I am fascinated by it and I do like the fact that the conversation is now elevated by uh some pretty smart people weighing in. But I didn't even know about this uh Atlas telescope in in uh in Brazil. But pretty cool. We've got we certainly have more technology now than we have. And maybe Don, this will be the first time we actually have something other than a weird grainy picture that looks like a Frisbee floating through the air. True. Right. All right, man. Uh, but I also want to um throw out a my take on what the Republican nominee needs to do to close this gap that has been plaguing him for about a month now. 74 fast traffic instant weather next. I am Bill Spadia with you till 10:00 this morning talking Jersey taking your calls. 1-800 283 101.5. So yet another poll showing Jack Chitterelli trailing Mikey Cheryl. Now the last couple of polls had her winning. FDU had her up by seven. Fox had her up by five. this latest one talking about this morning up by five. Even Jack's own super PAC released a poll last week that showed him trailing. So look, any objective observer knows that the Republican is down and with just 13 days to go, he's got to figure out a way to make up ground and pretty fast. Now, as I continue to call balls and strikes on this election and help outline a road map to victory for Jack in November, there's another way, which I think is a very obvious move that the GOP nominee could do to close the gap. One of the districts that needs to be in play big time for the top of the ticket this time around is the Union County home district of Senator John Bramnik. This is LD21. In order to overcome a polling average, which is a deficit of about 6 to eight points with 13 days to go, Jack has to overperform in solid red district and be competitive in swing districts. 21 is the perfect example. You know, Jack's talked a lot about bringing a GOP majority into the assembly this year, but that can only be done if some incumbent Democrats are defeated and every incumbent Republican is reelected. Now, let's just figure we got to focus on the governor's race. I want to just share some numbers with you. So, in Jack's second failed run for governor in 2021, he underperformed and tied Phil Murphy in Bramik's district. Now, listen to this same election year with Jack above him on the ballot. John Bramik was easily reelected to the seat by eight points. In 2023, John again easily won his re-election, this time by six points. 12 months later, President Trump, who only lost Jersey by around six points, was beaten by Kla Harris in the 21st district by 12 points. Now, the experts will tell you apples to oranges because in 23, the state senate was at the top of the ticket and the turnout model was obviously different in 2024 when it was a presidential year. I get it. But here's why it matters. Regardless of the climate, John Bramnik has shown a consistent victory margin over more than 20 years in office as an assembly leader and a state senator. To put bluntly, John Bramnik knows how to win in the 21st district. And Jack has shown he doesn't. Even with President Trump's help, the 21st district clearly responds to local, not national issue influence, which of course is evidenced by the 2024 numbers. So John Bramnik is hugely important right now. And look, no doubt if you've listened to my show for the past decade, you know if you've watched any of the Republican primary debates, you know that John and I don't agree on most policy issues. We've been at odds over the years with the current AG appointment, spending, tax bills, uh his role in the rising insurance cost and certainly when I was supporting Donald Trump back in 2015 and John was positioning himself squarely in the never Trump space. But this is beyond policy and ideology. I'm talking about balls and strikes recommending a smart move for the Republican nominee Jack Chidarelli to get more votes than the Democrats on November 4th. And LD21 is playing a huge role in the statewide count. Look, there's no way to win in LD21 without Senator Bramik. It's been reported that Jack has not called John after the June 10th primary where John plays third. That's insane. Jack needs to call Senator Bramnik immediately, if not sooner. Bramnik has a history of winning and winning big in his home district. And any pathway to victory has got to include all Republican leaders united and leveraging their local influence to turn out the vote for every Republican on the ticket. Without Bramik's help, Jack will likely underperform in the 21st, leading to a potential loss of GOP assembly seats and certainly a much more difficult path for him to drum whack it. Jack, make the call today. Ask John how he's won his district year after year when you have not been able to. And while you're on the phone, why don't you ask John if he'll knock on doors with you in Westfield or Cranford or wherever John tells you to go because John Bramnik has written the winning playbook in the 21st district and Jack needs to be using it. All right. Look, you can give the advice. Will they take it? Well, that remains to be seen. It is now 7:27. On the other side, I want to tell you what your New Jersey health department is up to and the egregious overreach that could hurt your family uh even before the end of this year. 1 800 283101.5 is my number. 727 is the time. Eric Scott with the news next. 7:38 on New Jersey 101.5. I am Bill Spadia. So, as I've talked about before on the air, the New Jersey Department of Health preparing to change the rules when it comes to vaccines and exemptions with the real target being the religious exemption that we successfully kept in place after a very close assembly vote and our Senate vote back in 2020. one vote, but the target is access to education, the religious exemptions, and the health department is essentially going to override what the legislature has done by just circumventing the process. What are they going to do? Well, they're going to allow private schools to deny religious exemptions uh and enforce vaccinations, which means parents who choose to change how their kids are going to get vaccinations, if they're going to get them at all, could be excluded from extracurricular uh programs, daycare, school. And perhaps one of the most egregious overreaches coming down with these rule changes is you, all of us will be automatically enrolled in the New Jersey immunization information system. So every resident now gets enrolled in the vaccine database, limited optout rights, no informed consent whatsoever. You've got non-medical personnel, including school and daycare admin staff who can report health data to the state, uh being fined for non-compliance. So that means non-medical staff with no training, no expertise, not bound by any confidentiality essentially will become enforcement agents for this health policy and the health commissioner can declare an emergency. So think about that. We've gone through this with co we had shop owners and business uh bureaucrats enforcing six feet of distance, masks, vaccine mandates. People lost their job. People lost their privacy. Contact tracing happening in churches. I mean, the whole thing was a disaster. And of course, the masks and the distance all debunked. None of that was was valid science. Now, we know the vaccines have caused more harm than good. Talking about COVID vac. Joining me now, Dr. Ranata Moon who's a pediatrician and has been on the front line of this battle against these mandatory vaccines. Uh doctor, thank you for joining me. What's your first reaction to what the New Jersey Department of Health is proposing? Well, we're seeing Good morning. Thank you for having me on. You got it. We're seeing we're seeing such an assault on our personal freedoms. You know, this is this is how this nation was built on religious and personal freedom. And you know, a few years ago, prior to the COVID disaster, I would not have been sitting here having this conversation with you. I like most pediatricians around the country absolutely promoted every childhood traditional vaccine. But then we saw what happened with COVID. CO was an unmititigated disaster with this assault on our freedom and with a with a product that clearly injured and killed our citizens. We we can't go down this road where we're being forced to give our children a product that we we don't know, you know, the safety of it. Well, you know, doc, how could they take 15 years on average to roll out a new vaccine and declare it safe and effective and co was rol co vac was rolled out in the boosters? I mean, in 20 minutes. That that that should have raised all the red flags. Let me ask you this, though. Um, because we've had this conversation with a lot of friends. Part of what the government's doing is they're fear-mongering uh with measles the same way they did with COVID. What should parents really be concerned about? Because I think there are a lot of parents now doubting the big pharma medical establishment and saying do I really need for health and safety to get my kid vaccinated at any level. Yeah, we need to have unbiased groups of scientists and physicians study this and and give us real data. We need transparency. We need honesty with the data and so that parents really can understand what is the risk versus what is the benefit of a medical vaccine and then what is the risk of the illness itself. Right? We have we have illnesses now for example the measles outbreak where the majority of physicians practicing have never seen a case of measles. Uh so we really just don't know what the risk is in terms of uh you know for your individual child. what is the risk of measles in today's world with our improved uh health care system with our improved sanitation and nutrition uh we need to really understand how to how to weigh these two risks with one another. So the the risks of the vaccine versus the risks of the illness itself. How would you as a doctor uh describe measles? I mean you get a case, someone comes to you, their kids got measles. Uh, is it sound the alarm, quarantine, put them in a bubble and shoot them full of medicine, or is it your your natural immunity is actually going to have uh the the strongest say here? Look, our own numbers from CDC show that the natural immunity is is the key. Your child will do fine with measles. Generally speaking, um I was looking up data uh just prior to this uh radio uh show today. So according to our own CDC website, they're reporting 1596. So 1,596 cases of confirmed measles in 2025 so far in the whole country. Whole country 10 months just in the United States. Uh-huh. 1596. Now guaranteed there are far more cases than that. These are the confirmed cases. There are many cases that go unrecognized. You know, the physician doesn't recognize it. The parents say, "Oh, my child has a rash, but he's fine." They never get confirmed. They never have testing performed. Out of those are reporting 12% hospitalized, which is a high rate. But the question is, why were they hospitalized? Did they need to be hospitalized or were they hospitalized because, you know, someone identified measles and threw them into the hospital? Because, you know, it's a pretty rare disease these days, right? And then they're reporting three US fatalities. So in 2025 from measles. So and several of those are contested. People who have reviewed physicians who have reviewed those cases uh believe that they they passed from other Mhm. Well, we saw that complications. We saw that during co the coorbidities some 94% had had four coorbidities. U last last question Dr. So, I'm sorry, just to finish, just crunching those numbers from the CDC, that would give your child a .001, I think 18% chance of a fatality from from measles. It's extremely low. And again, we're fear-mongering. We're pushing parents into a decision based on fear and not based on transparent medicine. We need to understand the true risks. What are the risks of the of the shot itself? We need to understand those much better so that parents can make their own informed uh choices. Doc, I really appreciate your expertise and your time. I mean, the governor today tweeted out about how the New Jersey health department is now offering a COVID vacc. Imagine if your six-month-old baby is forced to take a COVID vaccine, nursery school, um, unless you do it at that age. It's outrageous. No science behind it, just power. Let's go to my friend John Coyle, who's one of leading attorneys. Hey, John, how are you? Um, John, you were on the front lines of of fighting for people's exemptions and right to make their own medical decisions. How do you see these uh New Jersey health code rules coming down and will there be a legal recourse? Uh, thanks, Bill. Uh, so that's a lot of the topic here. So, let me see where I can pick away some of these and tell me how I can help these regulations. Um, they're likely going to pass. They're probably going to be amended slightly, but they're going to be enacted. That's the fact of the regulatory world we live in. uh regulations, as I'm sure many of your listeners may not know, have the same effect as if they're law and statutory law signed by the governor after being passed by the legislature. But they never are. They're just these appointed people in the department of health who get to issue these regulations that they call it the shadow branch of government, the regula, the regulatory world. These are going to be enacted in some way. The real important part is for people to write in and let them know, provide comment on the parts they disagree with to hopefully minimize some of the damage. So then as to legal challenges, there may be. I'm sure there's going to be legal challenges in specific instances. Um I don't think there's going to be a challenge to throw out the entire regulation. Really, honestly, the best thing to do is to change the makeup of our uh executive branch in Trenton, which would be get new people at the Department of Health who are actually concerned about parents and concerned about people's rights and have a different concept of freedom than we've just been exposed to for the last eight years. Yeah. And and elect new legislators. How have we not held Republicans and Democrats accountable for just allowing this stuff to happen? Uh right now, we're posting to the site uh website njstandup.org. org where you can make your voice heard. And you know, you know this, John, back to 2020, thousands of moms made a difference protesting in Trenton. When the politicians feel the pressure and feel the heat, they uh they acquies. And I I think that uh that's spot on. And I hope we're not having this conversation over a dead six-month-old who had an adverse reaction to a mandated shot that the parents didn't want to give them and yet they they were forced to or they had to make different decisions, move, lose a job, lose preschool, whatever it was. I mean these are some pretty dangerous changes especially having lived through co in this state where we know the government will overreach and they don't care if it cost you your life or your job. This is very alarming bill and in particular this regulatory change to allow private schools to deny religious exemptions to vaccines. Now, that's the key point here. We have to have a religious right to object to vaccination of our children. That's key. And almost all the states have it, but they've started to remove this religious right. They've removed it in California. They removed in New York. And now they're trying to do it in New Jersey through this regulatory change. The assembly is not even with going to vote on it. They're doing this by device, by subtrafuge to remove it in private schools. Now, you may be thinking, "Well, I don't have my kid in private school. It's not a big deal." But this is just the first step, Bill. They're going to remove it in private schools, then they're going to remove it in public schools, and then we're all going to lose our religious objection to vaccination. And from a legal standpoint, and we've heard from doctors this morning talking about uh that that parents should not be panicked over measles, the 1500 cases uh in the entire country and the the uh mortality rate. You're talking about three kids. I mean, god forbid those three kids lost their lives, but many docs are now saying it probably wasn't due to measles. This was a comorbidity issue, the same we had with COVID. So pushing aside the medical issue for a minute, what what are the legal options that parents have? Well, we can assert in court this religious right to object to a vaccine. And this is all religions, by the way, Bill. It's not just a particular religion. All religions, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, all religions have this objection. And we can assert this in court, but our prospects are uncertain in court. We need to express our fur or our objections right now to this regulation. They need to hear from the public on this. So, we need to speak out now. And if that doesn't work, then we go into court. I'm happy to do that. I'm in litigation in some of these cases around the country. And we might be able to win in court, but it would be better to beat back this regulation through public outrage. Um, I'm I'm great, but I want to make it really clear that the parental landscape is really different right now. So, you were just talking about um you were just talking about how we gathered in Trenton to beat the religious res uh exemption, but they've been working really hard to make sure nothing like that ever happens again. Bureaucrats have spent the last 5 years painting parents as dangerous extremists. That's right. And creating loopholes and policy changes to make sure that we're never that empowered again. So these public comments uh the stand for health freedom and NJ stands up their initiatives that is what we can do now instead. Um basically if the department of health has its way both legislators and parents will be cut out of this process. Well, and this is why an following order scenario and Ann this is why I am equally if not more critical of Republicans than Democrats and my Republican friends get angry because they don't like that I shine the light on them and h and force them to be reflected in the mirror. The reality is that people like Tony Buco and other weak cowards in the legislature have allowed the Democrats to run rough shot over our our rights just by using the administrative process and the regulatory burden they keep putting on us. And instead they look for lowhanging fruit to claim a victory so they can put it in a campaign flyer. Meanwhile, here we are 5 years postco um and and our rights are more under assault now than they ever have been. So, let's talk about informed consent because that's really what this comes down to. Yeah, absolutely. I mean everyone has the right to choice to informed consent and basically informed consent is the risks, benefits and alternatives and right to refuse a treatment or procedure with no coercion of any kind. And that's important. No coercion of any kind, not physical, not mental, not financial. And the history of informed consent is kind of interesting because it it seems to have um come about back um way back when uh around 400 BC with Hypocrates of Coast. We've all heard of the hypocratic oath and basically it defined the patient as the center of the care universe. you know, not the physician, not the nurse, not the government entity, but the patient and the patients ability to make choices. Now, I'm going to say a hundred years ago, the US federal government um scheduled the Tuskegee experiment in Tuskegee, Alabama, which we all know and and many people remember and still bear grudges that the government um infected mostly blacks in prison down in Alabama with syphilis. And they told them they were getting treated, which is unethical because they weren't treating them. They infected them and they didn't treat them just to watch how syphilis progressed to learn. It's scary. Scary. Absolutely. And it happened. Yeah. It it happened and it was our history. And in fact, in um further along, individual rights had to become solidified after Nazi Germany, after the Nuremberg trials, you know, um we learned that governments can mandate extremely inhuman bad things. So from Tuskegee to Nazi Germany and then bringing us forward to the present day with the SARS cove 2 virus and all of the gain of function research and all of that that went on and the outsourcing and the disastrous CO DNA and mRNA shots would have been more harmful than helpful. Um if people's individual rights must be maintained and you have the right to the risks, the benefits, the alternatives and the right to say no. Wow. I I have to tell you doc that you have you have articulated that perfectly and we are making it very easy for people to do just that. Uh not get to the point of saying no to a medical procedure. We're not there yet. We got to say no to these rules changes first. And in order to do that, you've got to have your voice heard and speak out. I do want to mention, doc, uh, at the risk of putting you on the spot here, I actually want to just congratulate you. You've got a book out. Health is number one, Maximizing Your Health. All right, we need to wrap up this conversation. We're talking about three 320 pages of the New Jersey Department of Health uh introducing amendments to the state health code. And basically, to put it very bluntly, this is a a an assault on parental rights and religious freedom. Uh, it's going to reduce transparency, oversight, expand government control, removing informed consent, blurring the lines between education enforcement, and non-medical personnel with access to private health information from you and your children. U, this is bad. And, and not the least of which is the problem of having one unelected official, the state health commissioner, having the right to decide what criteria they can use to declare a state of emergency. and essentially um put you under the kind of pressure that you were under during CO. They learned what they could get away with during CO. Now, what they're essentially doing is they're not even codifying this with the legislature. They're just creating new rules from the Department of Health that will eliminate your right to govern your own medical freedom. New York has done it. California's done it. Now, New Jersey, there's a reason why people are leaving the state so fast. But you have a chance to act. Right now, let's check in with Dr. Daniel Stock who's an independent practitioner and has a lot to say about this. Hey, doc. How are you? Good, Bill. How are you today? I'm good, man. So, what do what do you what is your hot take on this and and what do you want to let parents and doctors alike know? Well, we've seen a whole bunch of people bastardizing scientific thought with science-like things to justify governmental actions. And what I want people to know about these uh vaccine lists that they're developing and mandates and things are going with them is that these are all based upon fundamental flaws of the understanding of infectious disease and biology. And there are two particular things that they have really screwed up badly to try and sell to people. Um the first one is this idea that somehow giving you a vaccine protects me. This is the first thing they've used to make this a public health issue. And it is fundamentally flawed. Part of what I like to call the smallox psychosis. All right. Tell me why. Well, smallox is a very interesting virus in that it could infect only one species in the entire world, which is humans. So, if you could simultaneously improve the health of every human, you could get that virus to go away. However, all of the other germs that they're trying to vaccinate people for have um reservoirs in other animals that can pass back and forth between humans already. And so we can't eradicate these viruses, which means that every human being is either going to get an immune system good enough to defend them from that virus or they're going to suffer from that virus at some time in their life. So making my immune system so that I can fight off that virus isn't going to help your immune system and make you fight off that virus. Whether we modify me with a vaccine or not, we can't protect you. there's still some bird is going to blow this virus into you eventually. And so this idea that somehow other making you take a vaccine helps somebody else is the first absolutely fundamental wrong thing that has never been proven because it can't be proven because it's not true. The second thing they've done to conflate this is the big brother hypothesis that says, "Well, you're not good enough to take care of your health, so we're going to do it for you by making you take a vaccine." Yep. And the pro this is based upon the error that the only way to make your immune system good enough to fight off a germ is with a vaccine. But we actually have better data on things like 25 hydroxy vitamin D, zinc, ivormectin, hydroxychloricquin as ways to protect people's health from these infectious processes. So the idea of saying we have to keep risks and make you take vaccines would be the same as saying a guy with high blood pressure has to use amloopene but can't use carvdalol or low sartan even though the the data for those drugs is much better than it is for the amloopene they want you to use. So it's basically bad medical practice being done by a government. Doc I I uh I really appreciate this. you are 100% spot on. We've gone through this with CO. If they had if they had released Ivormectin uh and made that free to you didn't even need to make it free. It's produced so cheaply. Uh and and we would have not even remembered what CO was. And I remember some Democrats even saying this. Andrew Cuomo, one of them, try to find this though online now, saying that Trump was uh a bad guy cuz he wasn't releasing hydroxychloricquin uh early on in CO and uh and of course that got washed away. He got sacked for being too conservative and and here we are and and almost every one of the CO protocols completely and totally debunked. So, Doc, I appreciate you. I want to This is a learning moment for the Republicans. You know, they could be out there educating the masses, either social media or on the radio or on television, and they're so totally silent. They always are. They do nothing. I'm talking about the Republicans in the state assembly and the Senate. They're worthless. Where are they? You know, the problem is, Mike, that many of them simply agree with the mandates. I mean, you've got a nominee who supported the vaccine mandates and the mask mandates. You you've got a uh head of the state senate that discriminated uh in his own it's unbelievable the state senate minority caucus the Republicans uh discriminated in his own events raising money allowing forcing vaccine cards to be shown unless you gave a certain amount of money and then you didn't have to show it. So, the problem is, Mike, the silence in this case is complicit. And and this is why I'm so outspoken and the Republicans get mad, but as I've always said, look, I'm shining the mirror on your ugliness. You ought to be making amends for the ugliness. Don't blame the mirror. That's and and and I will continue to do this, Mike. I will continue to use the most powerful microphone in the state to speak out. And it it's why I sacrificed um my my time and income to step up and run for governor. And you know, I'm a middle class guy. It was not easy to do that. I'm now scraping and clawing my way back after losing the race. But the reality is it was the right thing to do. We need more courage and strength in the Republican caucus in the Assembly and the Senate. How they are not holding hearing after hearing and press conference after press conference. uh they they they're acting like it's it's you got to wave a magic wand and win one race and things will be fine. How when the same lobbyists that benefit from this nonsense are are on the Republican side equal to the Democrat side. How will we benefit? If we don't get better Republicans at the local level, we're not going to dig out of this mess, Mike, but you can count on me that I will never give in. Bill, I really appreciate that. I bring up one other point about UFOs. You were speaking about UFOs earlier. Yeah. So, I'm a little bit concerned just because I recently graduated college and I entered college in 2021. So I was subjected to all the vaccine mandates and the fear that the colleges instilled in us in school in class and the pressure to get the vaccine and the booster was very scary because I felt like if I didn't do it I wouldn't be educated and unfortunately I made the choice to get it and I regret that every day and I fear that for my kids I don't know if that's something I could live with raising them in a state that would force me to get them vaccinated. on a schedule I'm not comfortable with. And so after experiencing it myself, I am, you know, in the front lines advocating against this because it's so easy to skew the minds of people my age. Yeah. Um I'm 22. So I just think it's really important that we all, you know, fight for our rights and control over what we do with our children, our own bodies. So Leah, thanks for having the courage to call and say that. you know, a lot of young people in your generation uh are very reluctant to speak out because there's such social media pressure and societal pressure to conform and go along. But first, Eric, um this weekend, President Obama is coming to town for Democrat candidate Mikey Cheryl. I would expect to be a pretty rockous event. And do they have a big space for it? Um, yeah, I don't know how many they're expecting, uh, but I would suspect that will be a fairly large crowd. Obama was very popular in New Jersey, uh, among Democrats, and I wouldn't be surprised if they got a few thousand or more at his his rally for Mikey Cheryl. Now, for the Republican nominee, Jack Chidarelli, um there's been no movement, even though I've made the suggestion publicly that he needs to get Donald Trump in the state because he's having a real base problem right now. Um and the best he could do is Byron Donald, who is running for governor in Florida, congressman that I'm going to guess most New Jerseyians don't know, and maybe the indicator is he's having it as a part of his diner tour. Yes. Um nothing says bring me somebody who can't draw a crowd then we're going to hide in a diner. I mean are you kidding me? And and and he had Vake Ramaswami uh what last week, two weeks ago. Yeah. Same thing. I mean you know like at this point in the game there ought to be hundreds if not thousands of people enthusiastically uh cheering. So, I wrote an article today, Eric, uh, that's on the site about how I think, uh, one additional key, and I put four or five of these out there in the last week that he needs to do is is energize John Bramnik to knock on doors with him in Union County because Bramnik has a history over 20 years of winning LD21. Um, you know, and and here when Bramnik was winning by eight, Jack was tied. So clearly he needs John Bramnik and this is a district that went 12 points for Kla Harris while Donald Trump was only losing the state by less than six. So th this is a district that reacts and responds to Bramik. Uh any word that you've heard because I put this in the article that to my knowledge John Bramnik has yet to receive a phone call from Jack Chidarelli. No I to the best of my knowledge that call has never been made. I just objectively speaking, what what does this say to you? Is this a a campaign uh gaff? Is it a purposeful talk to you? You think it's personal? I think it's personal. I think it's personal with you. I think it's personal with him. I think Jack was so put off by the fact that he even had to run a primary campaign. Yeah, it's a good point. Um because there is a sense of entitlement. The there is a sense of entitlement with him. um still can't believe that he lost four years ago. I don't know what that does if he becomes a a three-time loser in a couple of weeks. I I I I don't know what that it it will certainly mark a a complete shattering of what's left of the NJ GOP and you know what what do they cling to? And and that's why guys, if you're paying attention, you know, Chris Russell, I know you don't like to uh to even entertain the idea that I may have had a couple good ideas for you, but for the good of the order, as they say, uh you ought to read my last five articles. How concerned are you about these new rules that might even impact homeschool kids? Yes, very concerned because overreach in New Jersey no longer stopped at private and public schools. Now, the only reserved pocket we had of freedom was homeschooling and they want to bring that under government control. um including a health and wellness check, putting children's private data online for public auditing and inspection, bringing our children to schools to be um checked up by school personnel, anybody that can be assigned by the principal, basically people who may not be doctors or health care professionals. and um handing over that uh freedom of health care to the school district which is absolutely inappropriate, governmental overreach in every single way and wedging the state between the parents and the children as usual. So we have a lot to look at and pay attention to. Our association represents many many homeschoolers across the um state. So Tamira, do me a favor. And you know, without an effective opposition in the legislature, the Republican leadership has been down on the job for many, many years. They simply have have um uh they're negligent in their opposition. And that and as a result, now we get a runaway bureaucracy. This is beyond the current election. This is about a party filled with weakminded cowards who have been complicit with this shutdown mentality, forced vaccination mentality, government knows best mentality, uh, since I can remember, past 30 years, and it's got to stop. And parents need to understand that and know that you're spot on, Kathy. these unelected bureaucrats, administrators, non-medical personnel will not only have access, but they'll have access to share.
