UNITE HERE Local 54 says 99 percent of its Tropicana members on Thursday accepted the agreement. Terms were not disclosed.

The ratification followed similar votes by union members at Caesars Atlantic City, Bally's Atlantic City and Harrah's Resort. The union represents bartenders, servers, porters and other hospitality workers.

Nearly 1,000 Local 54 members at Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort remain on strike after walking off their jobs on July 1. The casino remains open during the strike, which does not include dealers.

The company has warned Local 54 that the company's heath care offer expires at 5 p.m. Monday.
