New government data shows the United States had 5 million job openings at the end of November, the most since 2001 and a sign of the largest job growth since 1999. Yet while the economy continues to recover, wages have remained stagnant.

Despite staunch opposition from many in the business community, New Jersey voters on Tuesday approved a ballot question to increase the minimum wage from $7.25 an hour to $8.25 on Jan. 1 and then adjust it annually based on cost of living increases.

In November, New Jersey voters will be asked if they would like to increase the minimum wage.  Do you know how you plan to vote?
