Are you guilty of this?

To be honest, getting pulled over and ticketed for speeding doesn't scare me. I don't want to get ticketed, but that's not really what I fear. The points and the accompanying surcharge that comes with a speeding ticket- that scares the hell out of me.

Also, if you've ever seen those signs that tell you your speed, doesn't it seem like people intentionally try to see how high they can get their speed?
