Social distancing, masks, indoor dining and the burden of virtual learning are all factors in putting together learning plans for New Jersey's schools.
"It defeats the purpose of us closing schools if parents are going to get together and have play dates with eight kids in a basement playing Play Station," a New Jersey superintendent said.
