Every year since I began working at this station I have been going to the Ocean County Columbus Day Parade in Seaside Heights. I love the food, the music, the people-watching (especially the people-watching). This year this iconic New Jersey festival needs your help to continue.

For a different and more authentic Sicilian version of the rice ball filling...Make a bechamel sauce (easy), it's a mix of butter, flour and milk. Thicken it with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
