Under the direction of the Christie Administration, the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) will host a mobile office in Toms River on Aug. 12.  Officials will be on hand to answer questions about the DOBI’s mediation program, and assist in filing insurance claims related to damages caused by Superstorm Sandy.
