Emine Emanet, the owner of Jersey Kebab in Haddon Township, was released from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after her family paid a $7,500 bond.
Celal and Emine Emanet, the owners of Jersey Kebab in Haddon Township, were arrested Tuesday morning by ICE armed agents, according to their son Muhammed Emanet.
Muhammed Emanet told CBS Philadelphia the armed agents were already at Jersey Kebab, a Mediterranean restaurant on Haddon Avenue when he arrived for work.
Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay said Michael Anthony, 45, was found unconscious in front of a house on Sharrowvalle Road in Cherry Hill around 7:10 a.m. and pronounced dead.
Michael McNeely of Haddon Township was charged Friday after video captured the suspect pouring gasoline all over a car at a home in Haddonfield Township and setting it on fire.
