Daylight Savings Time is causing higher rates of heart attacks and traffic accidents. It doesn't save any energy. So why are we still messing with the clocks?
Remember that hour of sleep you lost back in March? Good news: You got it back this morning-- as long as you remembered to set your clocks back an hour before turning in for the night Saturday.
Each year we go through the same song and dance.
We lose an hour of sleep in spring time and complain the following Monday that we feel lethargic.
So there seems to be a feeling among some that the concept of daylight savings time has run its course...
