In 1991, on the night before Halloween, which is traditionally known as, "Mischief Night," the city of Camden experienced some of the worst vandalism anyone has seen around here.

You know that oft-repeated phrase of ours?  Not New York, not Philadelphia, proud to be New Jersey 101.5? It has defined us over the years as New Jersey's station.

When you look at this great Garden State of ours, you can understand and appreciate a bit better why New Jersey 101.5 has succeeded so well here.

Over the years, we here at New Jersey 101.5 have been treated to more than our share of free eats.   Some of it has been purchased by management.  But a lot of it has come in, "through the front door," meaning free and "help yourself."

I guess someone somewhere once said that you can tell a lot about someone by the cut of their clothing.

I have been with New Jersey 101.5 from its very early days. I have watched us grow into the New Jersey powerhouse that we are today, with hundreds and hundreds of thousands of listeners all over New Jersey. But our reach and the extent of our audience has never ceased to astonish me.

I have been in radio for a VERY long time.

From the begining of New Jersey 101.5 until February of 2003, the late Willie Twyman toiled nightly on what he called, "The Third Shift" back then. Willie kept us all company through the wee small hours with his music. He was also my friend...
