Until now, not all law enforcement officials, first responders or public employees were allowed to drive all-terrain-vehicles (ATVs) wherever they wanted. Gov. Chris Christie has now signed into law a bill that provides a limited exemption to the state’s ban on the use of ATVs on public roads by anyone other than agents or employees of the state.
