The City of Philadelphia is not at its best lately, and this disturbing video of a motorcyclist kicking in the windshield of a car with a small child inside is more evidence.
On the same day we ran a story about the fact that there are zero public options in New Jersey for riders of all-terrain vehicles, an online petition was created to make a change.
Until now, not all law enforcement officials, first responders or public employees were allowed to drive all-terrain-vehicles (ATVs) wherever they wanted. Gov. Chris Christie has now signed into law a bill that provides a limited exemption to the state’s ban on the use of ATVs on public roads by anyone other than agents or employees of the state.
