The couple whose home had 276 dogs living in deplorable conditions have been charged with more than 550 counts of animal cruelty in Monmouth County's worst case of animal hoarding.
No charges will be brought against TV "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan following an investigation of animal cruelty complaints involving an episode in which a dog nipped a pig's ear, authorities said Monday.
The protest comes a day after a Superior Court judge denied Just Pups owner Vincent LoSacco's request to lift the municipal order shuttering his store until at least a Health Board hearing next month.
