CVS Decides to Stop Selling Cigarettes

The war on tobacco continues with CVS firing the latest salvo. The drug store chain has decided to stop selling cigarettes and tobacco products earning high praise from former smoker and current President Barrack Obama and first lady Michelle.

CVS Caremark, the nation's second-largest drugstore chain, said today that it will phase out cigarettes, cigars and chewing tobacco by Oct. 1, a move that will cost it about $2 billion in annual revenue. Would you like to see more stores stop selling cigarettes? Take the poll below.
