ATLANTIC CITY — Two teenagers were wounded and a third was arrested Thursday night after police responded to a report of a shooting on the 47th floor of the hotel tower at Trump Taj Mahal.

Officers responded just after 11 p.m. after receiving a call about gunshots being fired, but found no victims when they arrived.

Police then learned that a 16-year-old male had arrived at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center with an apparent gunshot wound. Shortly after that, a second 16-year-old male arrived at the hospital, also with an apparent gunshot wound. Both injuries were not considered life threatening.

Police later arrested a 17-year-old city resident who they said was found with a handgun south of Virginia Avenue.
